For example, Kyra made sure that the seller stuck to their end of the home inspection contingency contract when they didn't want to make a repair that they previously agreed to do. We also ran into issues where a party could not provide documents in a timely manner, and Kyra followed up with them every day until the issue was resolved. We were able to contact Kyra at any time and typically got a response immediately, but most of the time she reached out to us first to provide updates which was really nice and provided good peace of mind. She kept in constant contact with our loan officer and handled so many things without us even knowing, she really made the home buying process as easy as she could for us.
